摘  要:试验选用2 200只313日龄海兰褐蛋种鸡,随机分为4组:对照组(基础日粮)、200 mg/kg糖萜素组、300 mg/kg糖萜素组和400 mg/kg糖萜素组。试验结果显示:①一定剂量的糖萜素可抑制高峰后期产蛋率的下降,可降低破蛋率和沙皮畸形蛋率,以300 mg/kg糖萜素效果较为明显;②一定剂量糖萜素可显著提高蛋形指数和加深蛋黄颜色(P<0.05),改善蛋壳强度,其中添加300 mg/kg糖萜素有提高哈氏单位和蛋白高度的趋势(P>0.05);③一定剂量糖萜素有提高种蛋受精率和孵化率的趋势(P>0.05)。糖萜素在蛋鸡养殖生产上可进行一定的推广应用,300 mg/kg的糖萜素添加效果较佳。In this experiment,2 200 Hy-line brown layer breeders of 313 days of age were randomly divided into four groups with a control group (basal diet)and three saccharicterpenin groups (basal diet+200 mg/kg, 300 mg/kg, 400 mg/kg saccharicterpenin). The results showed that using certain dose of saccharicterpenin could inhibit the decline of the laying rate during post-peak of laying stage, decrease the broken egg, the sand-shell egg and malformed egg rate of layer breeders, especially 300 mg/kg saceharicterpenin had the significant effects. Using certain dose of saccharicterpenin could improve egg-shape index and yolk color significantly (P〈0.05),shell strength was also improved, 300 mg/kg saccharicterpenin could increase Haugh unit and albumen height of eggs (P〉0.05). Saccharieterpenin could improve the fertilizing rate and hatchability of hatching egg (P〉0.05). So saccharicterpenin can be used widly in layer production and the optimal concentration of saccharicterpenin was 300 mg/kg.
