摘 要:采用几何相似比1∶10水模型对180 t顶底复吹转炉内射流与熔池相互作用进行模拟试验,研究了在最佳枪位(150 mm)时氧气流量(38~42 m^3/h)对均混时间的影响以及最佳顶枪流量(39 m^3/h)下聚合射流氧枪枪位(40~150 mm)对均混时间的影响。结果表明,聚合射流氧枪对熔池的搅拌效果完全能达到顶底复吹的搅拌效果,如能在转炉冶炼工艺中应用,可取消底吹系统,简化转炉设备,提高转炉炉龄。Simulation test on interaction between jet flow and bath in 180 t top and bottom combined blowing converter has been carried out by a water model with geometric similarity ratio 1 : 10 to study the effect of gas flow rate (38 - 42 m3/h) on mixing time with optimum lance position ( 150 mm) and the effect of coherent jet flow lance position (40 - 150 mm) on mixing time at optimum top lance flow rate (39 m3/h). Results show that the stirring effect in bath by coherent jet flow oxygen lance is the same as that by top and bottom combined blowing and if the coherent jet flow oxygen lance shall be applied in converter, the bottom system of top and bottom combined blowing converter could be canceled to simplify con- vener structure and increase converter lining life.
