摘 要:通过500 W YAG激光机以焊接速度0.5 ~ 1.2 mm/s、电流150~ 200 A,脉冲宽度3.0~5.0 ms和频率18 ~40 Hz参数对5mm 3Cr13Mo马氏体耐热不锈钢板(/%:0.28C,0.8Si,0.36Mn,0.030S,0.029P,12.10Cr,0.57Mo0.45Ni)进行焊接试验,同时应用大型有限元软件ABAQUS开发建立焊接模型,对焊接过程中温度场、残余应力场和形变进行了数值模拟.研究结果表明,模拟值与实际测试值基本吻合,计算的焊接残余应力最大值集中在距焊缝0.1mm的热影响环向区,在焊接电流150 A,脉冲宽度3.0 ms,频率18 Hz,焊接速度0.5 mm/s的工艺参数下,最大残余应力所引起的残余塑性应变量可达0.325.t The welding test on 5 mm 3Crl3Mo martensite heat resistant steel plate (/% : 0. 28C, 0. 8Si, 0. 36Mn, 0. 030S, 0. 029P, 12. 10Cr, 0. 57Mo, 0. 45Ni) with welding speed 0. 5 ~ 1.2 mm/s, current 150 ~ 200 A, pulse width 3.0 -5.0 ms and frequency 18 ~40 Hz by using a 500 W YAG laser has been carried out, and the temperature field, the residual stress and the welding distortion during welding process are numerically simulated by welding model developed and established using large-scale finite element software ABAQUS. Study results show that the calculated values basically coin- cide with the real measured values, the calculated maximum welding residual stress is concentrated in heat affected ring zone distance from welding seam 0. 1 mm, with the process parameters-welding current 150 A, pulse width 3.0 ms, fre- quency 18 Hz and welding speed 0. 5 mm/s, the residual plasticity strain introduced by the maximum residual stress is up to 0. 325.
