摘　　要：由于作者正在研发的教务系统项目的开发环境,是基于微软.NET4.0技术体系、B/S网络架构,而项目中用到的SQL Server 2012又是全新的大型数据库管理系统,自然会遇到许多无从借鉴的技术和管理上的难题,也由此突显出数据库管理员的重要性。文章就是根据数据库管理员的工作性质,结合本人在国内外做DBA的经验,从六个方面重点介绍了作为一个SQL Server 2012 DBA所应有的全局观、以及在系统安装和配置、容量规划和运行监视、架构设计和对象管理、系统安全、备份、恢复和高可用性调优等涉及数据库管理层面所需承担的任务和技术支持,同时给出了一些应用中的具体实例。As the software development environment for the developing of the current educational system is based on the Microsoft NET4.0 technical system and B/S network architecture, but the corresponding data management system uses SQL Server 2012, an upgrade management system The mix of the systems creates mdny technical and management problems that are beyond the adaption from each individual system and require more advanced technologies for the database administrators 02）BA） to encounter such compound applications Aiming at these practical problems, this article introduces the advanced technologies through six important aspects including global view of SQL Server 2012, installation and configuration for supporting systems, systems compatibility and processing under monitoring structural design and managing objects, system security, backup, and recovery, and system optimization. With the years of experience in working as DBA at home and aboard, the author also demonstrates the implementation with model cases in this article.
