摘  要:针对高氨纶含量的涤氨纶织物染色后还原清洗困难的问题,采用L16(2^15)正交试验法,研究了5种助剂(FMES,XL-50,POEA-15,6501,PE0201)对经C.I.分散蓝183染色的涤氨纶纤维还原清洗残液吸光度的影响,比较了无机盐、醇和抗再沉积剂对氨纶纤维还原清洗残液吸光度的影响,制备了清洗剂TM-20,测试了6只PUD分散染料在涤氨纶针织物上的色牢度。结果表明:FMES与XL-50和POEA-15存在较强的相互作用,其三者组合对氨纶上的分散染料具有较好的清洗能力;加入无机盐、有机醇和聚丙烯酸钠有利于清洗能力的提高;自制的清洗剂TM-20在碱性介质中具有良好的助洗性能,6种PUD染料染色的涤氨纶织物经还原清洗后的摩擦色牢度达4~5级,皂洗色牢度达4级。In allusion to the problem of difficult reduction clearing after dyeing of polyester spandex fabrics with high content of spandex, this paper studies the influence of five auxiliaries (FMES, XL-50, POEA-15, 6501 and PEO201 ) on the absorbancy of residue of reduction clearing of polyester spandex fiber dyed with C.I. disperse blue 183 with L16 (2^15) orthogonal test method, compares the influence of inorganic salt, alcohol and redeposition resistance agent on the absorbancy of residue of reduction clearing of polyester spandex fiber, prepares cleaning agent TM-20 and tests the color fastness of six PUD disperse dyes on polyester spandex knitted fabrics. The result shows that FMES and XL-50 and POEA-15 have strong interaction and their combination have a good ability of cleaning disperse dyes on spandex; adding inorganic salt, organic alcohol and sodium polyacrylate is conducive to improving the cleaning ability; self-made cleaning agent TM-20 has a good performance of assisting washing; the rubbing fastness and washing color fastness of polyester spandex fabrics dyed with 6 PUD dyes after reduction clearing respectively reach grade 4 -5 and grade 4.
