摘 要:设计了三种含铁氧体磁性纤维织物,分别为经纬纱均采用铁氧体磁性纤维混纺纱的织物(织物1)、经纬纱均按1根铁氧体磁性纤维混纺纱1根不锈钢长丝包芯纱1:1排列的织物(织物2)和经纱采用不锈钢长丝包芯纱而纬纱采用铁氧体磁性纤维混纺纱的织物(织物3),对它们的抗静电、防电磁辐射和防紫外线性能进行了测试和分析。结果表明:织物1的抗静电性能差,对于防电磁辐射性能在100MHz以下频段较好,而对处于300MHz及以上的特高频段防电磁辐射效果较差,但其防紫外线性能优异。加入不锈钢长丝改进后设计的织物2和织物3抗静电性能优异,防电磁辐射性能在0~3000MHz全频段都得到显著提升,但防紫外线性能有所下降。综合而言,针对这三种功能特性,三种织物中以织物2为最佳。This paper designs three ferrite magnetic fiber-containing fabrics, namely fabric 1 with warp and weft using ferrite magnetic fiber blended yarn, fabric 2 with warp and weft arranged as per one ferrite magnetic fiber blended yarn and one stainless steel filament covering yarn 1 : 1 and fabric 3 with warp using stainless steel filament covering yarn and weft using ferrite magnetic fiber blended yarn, and tests and analyzes their antistatic,, anti-electromagnetic radiation and UV protection properties. The result shows that fabric 1 has poor antistatic property, good anti- electromagnetic radiation property in frequency band below 100 MHz and poor anti-electromagnetic radiation property in extra-high frequency band at 300 MHz and above, and excellent UV protection property. Fabric 2 and fabric 3 designed after adding stainless steel filament have excellent antistatic property, anti-electromagnetic radiation property is improved significantly in frequency band between 0 and 3000 MHz, but the UV protection property decreases. Comprehensively speaking, fabric 2 is the best one among three fabrics in terms of these three functional characteristics.
