摘 要:中华剧艺社即"中艺",是抗战时期出现的著名剧团,它先后活跃于重庆、成都、武汉和上海等地,为抗战剧运做出了杰出贡献。"中艺"成就的取得,与其演剧精神是分不开的。在长达六年的演出活动中,"中艺"逐渐形成了自己的戏剧理想与追求,主要表现为:不懈进取的革命精神,专注于艺术追求的学术精神,穷干、苦干的拼命精神,严肃认真的工作作风等。这也是"中艺"演剧精神的主要特征。抗战胜利之后,"中艺"的演剧活动出现了很大偏转,甚至远离了战时的演剧精神,整个剧团也处于四分五裂的状态,团员精神极度涣散,最终导致了剧团的解散。"中艺"的解散是其演剧精神丢失的必然结果。The Chinese theatrical arts association (" Chinese art")was a famous theatrical troupe during Anti-Japanese War Period. It had been active in Chongqing, Chengdu, Wuhan and Shanghai, and made an outstanding contribution for the Anti-Japanese War Drama. Achievements of the Chinese art were not divided with the play spirit. After six years of performances, the Chinese art gradually formed his theatrical ideal and pursuit, mainly for Tireless and enterprising revo- lutionary spirit, academic spirit focusing on the pursuit of art, poor dry, hard work hard spirit, se14ous work style, which were main features in play spirit of the Chinese art. After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, the play activities experi- enced large deflection, even away from the play spirit during the wartime, and the troupe was in a split state, with mem- ber spirit exceeding slack. Finally, it led to the dissolution of the troupe. The dissolution of the troupe was the inevitable result of the play spirit lost.
