摘 要:研究了普通、半有效以及有效硫黄硫化体系对于天然橡胶(NR)和氯化聚乙烯橡胶(CM)的共混胶的硫化特性的影响。结果发现,半有效硫黄硫化体系的共混胶拥有较高的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率以及撕裂强度。这是因为该体系生成的NR交联网络能够与CM相的交联网络相匹配,从而提高了整体的物理性能。通过平衡溶胀法测量交联密度得出,各组的交联密度与正硫化时间成正比。共混胶的性能不仅与硫化程度有关,也与两相的交联网络匹配程度有重要关系。Effects of conventional vulcanization (CV) system, efficient vulcanization (EV) system and semi-efficient vulcanization (SEV) system on NR/CM blends have been investigated. Better tensile strength, tear strength and elongation at break were obtained curing by SEV system. It reveals that the crosslink network of two phases could be matched better curing by SEV. Meanwhile, crosslink degree was determined by the equilibrium swelling method and crosslink degree is positive correlation with the proper scorch time. However, higher crosslink degree cannot leads to better mechanical properties. It also attributes to the matching of crosslink network of two phases.
