国际金融危机背景下福建福清的海外移民活动

摘　　要：2008年开始的国际金融危机给全球的劳务市场带来了巨大的影响,影响了福建的海外移民活动。本文尝试以福建福清海外移民为研究个案,对金融危机时期福建省移民活动进行初步探讨。文章认为,金融危机后主要移民目的国采取一系列政策,使福建海外移民陷于更加困难的境地。福建海外移民有其惯性,金融危机发生后福建海外移民活动虽然出现降温但在短期内变化不大;福建的海外移民有其弹性,其移民的调整和适应能力要比输入国本土的劳动力强,因此福建并没有出现大规模的移民回流。The global financial crisis had severe consequences on the global labour market including that of China. Based on field work from Fuqing, a famous sending palce of emigrants from Fujian, this paper aims to analyse the impacts of the global economic crisis on international emigration from Fuzhou. The results sug- gest that although major countries of destination took many measures to cope with the crises, bringing overseas emigrants from Fujian into the state of exigency, international emigration from Fujian continued its inertia and will not change much shortly. In fact, international emigration from Fujian has its migration flexibility as well as migration momentum, therefore large - scale returns of emigrant workers have not been found after the cri- ses broke out.
