摘　　要：新中国成立后适应不同的时代背景我国的外交政策经历了四次调整。传统外交方式在国际交往中扮演着有非常重要的角色,但是从发达国家的外交发展历程看,公共外交在促进国际关系方面也具有举足轻重的地位。美日英等国家在公共外交方面取得的成绩都可以为我国提供借鉴。我国的公共外交事业也在不断发展,通过"中国年"和"孔子学院"很好地向外国人宣传了中国文化。文化外交对于展示国家的魅力越来越被更多国家看重。After new China comes into existence, Chinese foreign policy has been regulated four times in different era. Traditional diplomatism plays very important role in the issue of foreign affairs, through studying developed countries＇ diplomatism history, the conclusion that commonality diplomatism also functions more and more. Many nations, such as America, Japan and England, successful experience can be used as references. Chinese commonality diplomatism affairs are also improved more and more, by means of ＂Chinese Cultural Year＂ and ＂Confucius College＂, Chinese culture is perfectedly introduced to the foreign countries. More and more countries begin to think much of cultural diplomatism, by which a nation＇s charm can be shown in front of other nations.
