摘　　要：正确认识和准确把握新时期人民内部矛盾的新特点,是正确处理人民内部矛盾的前提。新时期的人民内部矛盾主要表现在干群矛盾突出,各阶层利益冲突加剧,群体性事件多发和涉及流动人口的矛盾凸显。处理这些矛盾,必须加强党自身的建设,反对腐败;探索建立群众工作保障机制;同时转变政府职能,推进服务型政府建设;统筹协调各阶层利益;充分发挥社会组织的作用。That accurate grasp and correct understanding characteristics of contradictions among people in new era are the premise of correct handing of contradictions among people. People＇ s internal contradictions mainly manifested in the conflict between cadres and masses, each class conflict intensifies, mass incidents happens frequently, the contradiction about floating population obviously. To resolve these contradictions, we must strengthen the construction of the party itself, the most important thing is against corruption, and explore establishment of the mechanism of the mass work security, at the same time, we should promote transformation of government function and build a service-oriented government , coordinating the interests of all sectors~ and give full play to the role of social organizations.
