摘　　要：改革开放以来,邓小平结合社会主义现代化建设实际,系统阐述了其公平正义思想,为中国特色社会主义发展建设产生了积极影响和巨大推动作用。在新的历史条件下,研究邓小平公平正义思想,对于我们全面建成小康社会、实现社会主义现代化和中华民族伟大复兴,具有重大而深远的指导意义。Since reform and opening up, combining with the construction of socialist modernization, Deng Xiaoping systemically elaborated his ideas of justice. The ideas exerted a clear influence and a big boost over building socialism with Chinese characteristics. Under the new historical conditions, researching Deng＇s ideas of fairness and justice has great and far-reaching significance for achieving the social goal of building a well-off society as well as realizingsocialist modernization and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
