古村落保护整治规划中的有机更新——以休宁县石屋坑村保护整治规划为例

摘　　要：针对目前古村落保护整治利用中存在的机械单一保护古建筑的现象,引入"有机更新"的规划理念,以休宁县"百村千幢"工程——石屋坑村保护整治利用规划为例,从古村落的规划布局、总体形态、道路系统、建筑、村落环境等多方面进行有效更新,突出古村落的特点,盘活古村落,让其重新焕发生机和活力。规划针对古村落的现实状况,从管理机制、政策法规制订、资金筹措等方面提出具体有效的更新措施,以确保古村落保护整治利用规划的实施。并希望以此为案例,探讨适合古村落自身特点的保护对策和实施路径。In view of the phenomena of mechanicaland single protection of old buildings in protecting ancient villages, the essay, taking the renovation planning of the village of Shiwukeng in Xiuning county （a project for ＇a Hundred Villages and a Thousand Households＇） as an example, introduced the planning concept of ＂organic Renewal＂, which highlights the characteristics of the village and revitalize it with renewed vigor and vitality by effectively updating its plarming layout, overall shape, road system, buildings and environment. In addition, in consideration of the practical situation of the village, specific effective renewal measures were put forward from the aspects of management mechanism, policy formulation and money mobilization, of which the purpose is to ensure the implementation of protection and renovation planning. Based on this ease study, the essay hopes to probe into protective measures and implementation paths suitable for the village.
