摘　　要："驻校作家制度"在当下大学教育中成为文学与大学教育沟通互补的一种重要的补充性制度,形成了巨大的"磁石效应",既是对"作家驻校"传统的传承,打造了大学的文化名片,规避了文学教育的痼疾,还使作家自身得到了极大的提升。The institution of university resident writer, an important complementary institution that bridges literature and university＇s education, creates a tremendous ＂magnet effect＂. This institu tion inherits the tradition of resident writer, creates a fame of the university＇s culture, avoids the lit erature education＇s malady, and also promotes the writer＇s self-development greatly.
