摘　　要：20世纪80年代《资本论》创作史研究曾经是国内外马克思主义研究的一个热点学术问题,取得了丰硕的学术研究成果。2012年,《马克思恩格斯全集》历史考证版第二版(MEGA2)中的第II部分"《资本论》及其准备材料"已经全部出齐,为对《资本论》创作史的再研究提供全新的文献学基础,"市场经济语境中的劳动价值分析范式"开启了这一《资本论》研究新视野。文献和视野的翻新,使得对《资本论》创作史的再研究具有重要的学术价值。The study of the creation history of The Capital had been paid enormous attention to in the 1980th,which had made significant academic progress. In 2012,the whole II part of Karl Marx Fridrich Engels Gesamtausgabe 2,namely The Capital and Manuscripts had been published,which would provide brand-new philology basis for the re-research of The Capital's creation history. Moreover,we try to present analytical paradigm for market economy based on labor value theory in this paper,a new perspective on The Capital's research,learning from the domestic and international perspective on the study of The Capital in recent 30 years. In conclusion,the renovation of literature and perspective will entrust the re-research on creation history of The Capital with significant academic value.
