摘　　要：医学院校学报编辑参与医学科研活动对科研项目的完成有很大的促进作用,在参与科研工作的过程中与科研人员交流讨论,可以激发科研灵感;运用文献检索能力,确保科研的创新性,提高科研的深度和广度;参与课题的统计设计,确保其可行性及准确性;参与科研成果的整合,帮助科研人员准确地揭示科研成果的内涵,提升科研成果的学术水平和影响力.同时,亦可提高编辑自身的学术、科研水平,还可以为学报组织到优秀科研论文,发展优秀作者,对提高本刊物质量具有重要的意义.It has feasibility for the Journal editors of medical universities and colleges to participate in medical research. The editors are able to contribute to many aspects in scientific research. For instance, through communication and discussion with the research staff, the editors can stimulate the inspiration by getting involved in the scientific research. With the well capability in literature retrieval, the editors can also ensure its innovation as well as the scale and quality of the research. The practicability and accuracy can be achieved by the editors＇ involving in the related statistics. The editors＇ part in the integration of scientific achievements helps great in expressing the connotation of scientific research, as well as enhancing its academic level and influence. At the same time, editors can also improve their own ability in academic and scientific research, and more outstanding scientific papers and excellent authors would be attracted, which has an important significance to improve the quality of their journals.
