摘　　要：通过介绍德、英、日、美分布式光伏上网电价政策,研析了四国分布式光伏上网电价机制及其配套并网管理政策的成功经验。借鉴各国经验,在分析我国现行政策存在问题的基础上,提出了我国构建分布式光伏上网电价机制的政策建议。This paper introduces the distributed photovoltaic feed-in tariff policies in Germany, Britain, Japan, and the United States, compares and analyzes their successful experiences in distributed photovoltaic feed-in tariff mechanism and matched power grid management policies. Inspired from the above experiences, this paper also discusses the problems existing in current domestic policy and accordingly makes policy suggestions to built China＇s distributed photovoltaic feed-in tariff mechanism, aiming to promote the healthy development of the domestic distributed photovoltaic market.
