摘　　要：从2008年爆发全球金融危机以来,已导致全球性的经济与市场衰退,这为中国企业跨国并购提供了良好契机。在描述中国企业全球跨国并购现状的基础上,通过分析中国企业全球跨国并购的动因,阐述了中国企业全球跨国并购对中国贸易的正负影响,提出了我国企业对开展跨国并购产生的风险防范措施。The world financial crisis erupted in 2008 has already led to the recession of global economy and market, and at the meantime, it has also provided a good opportunity for China＇s enterprises to operate cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Starting with describing current situation of global transnational mergers and acquisitions of China＇s enterprises, and through the motivation analysis of global cross-border mergers and acquisitions of China＇ s enterprises, this paper expounds both the positive and negative impacts of global cross-border mergers and acquisitions of China＇s enterprises on China＇s trade, and provides the risk prevention measures for China＇s enterprises to carry out cross-border merger and acquisition.
