摘 要:在中央大力推进城镇化建设的背景下,南昌市房地产市场实现了较快发展。与此同时,商品房价格出现了较大波动。结合十八届三中全会前后中央出台的相关政策以及近十年来全国房地产市场与南昌市房地产市场发展的横向比较,分析了南昌市近年房地产市场偏热的原因及解决办法,并对其未来发展提出合理化政策建议。With the central government promoting urbanization constructions, Nanchang city real-estate market has realized fast development. Meanwhile, the property prices have fluctuated in a larger scale. Combined with the most recent policies made from the central government within the period of the third plenary session and the comparison between the development of domestic real-estate market and that of Nanchang real-estate market in the last decade, this paper analyzes the cause and the solution of the partial heat in Nanchang city real-estate market in recent years and put forward rational suggestions to the future development of Nanchang real-estate.
