摘　　要：基于战略性新兴产业的产业特殊性以及产业发展的实际需要,构建一个健全完善的金融支持体系,将成为加快战略性新兴产业发展的关键。虽然近年来湖南战略性新兴产业的金融支持力度不断加大,战略性新兴产业也呈现出较快的发展趋势,但从当前湖南战略性新兴产业发展的需要和目标来看,金融支持仍显不足,金融约束较为明显。本文立足于湖南发展战略性新兴产业发展的实际,针对金融支持湖南战略性新兴产业发展的现状与不足进行分析,提出支持推动湖南战略性新兴产业发展的对策建议。Based on the particularity of strategic emerging industry as well as the actual demand of the industry development ,to construct a perfect financial support system will become the key to speed up the development of the strategic emerging industry . Although the financial support about Hunan strategic e- merging industry is increasing continuously in recent years, the strategic emerging industry is developing faster and faster, financial support is obviously insufficient while the financial constraints are relatively ob- vious when it comes to the demand and goal of the development of the strategic emerging industry of Hu- nan province. The paper analyzes the current situation and the defects of financial support for Hunan stra- tegic emerging industry development on the basis of the actual development situation, then puts forward some countermeasures on supporting the development of Hunan strategic emerging industry.
