摘　　要：提出了政府创业投资研究框架,按照先宏观后微观、先理论后实证的顺序对政府创业投资绩效评价和风险测度的前沿研究文献进行梳理、归纳和评价。政府创业投资面板数据可混合性、中国实证研究缺乏等是已有研究存在的主要问题。This paper attempts to give an analytical framework in studying the public venture capital, aims to categorize and analyze the research on the performance and risk-management of public venture capital with microcosmic and macroscopic method in order of theoretical and empirical study. The miscibility of panel data and the weakness of Chinese empirical study are the main problems in the present researches.
