摘　　要：先以波特的"菱形模型"为理论基础,引申构建出一个研发产业竞争力评价指标体系;然后利用MATLAB对原始数据进行归一化处理;再利用层次分析法求出各指标的权重;接着对归一化的数据进行加权处理,得到目标矩阵;最后,利用主成分分析对目标矩阵进行综合分析。This paper trys to construct a R＆D industry competitiveness evaluation index system based on the theory of porter ＂diamond model＂ ; and then use MATLAB to normalize the original data; using analytic hierarchy process to calculate weights of each index ; Then the normalized data was weighted, get the target matrix; Finally, using the principal component analysis and comprehensive analysis of target matrix.
