摘　　要：以"信任"为中介变量,从建筑承包商的视角,探讨了权力对建设项目绩效的影响。研究得到:承包商专家权力、参照权力会增强业主信任,而惩罚权力则会降低业主信任;信息权力、法定权力、奖励权力对业主信任无显著影响;业主信任对建设项目绩效有显著影响。Abstract： This paper explored the impact of power of contractors in the performance of domestic construction projects using empirical analysis instrumenting ＂trust＂ as mediating variables. It conclude that contractor＇ s expert power and referent pow- er enhance owners＇ trust, the coercive power reduce owners＇ trust, information power, legitimate power, reward power have no significant effect on the owners＇ trust. Owners＇ trust has significant impact on construction project performance.
