开放式乳突根治术加鼓室成形术治疗慢性中耳炎76例效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析开放式乳突根治术加鼓室成形术治疗慢性中耳炎的疗效。方法回顾性分析潍坊市人民医院2012年6月-2013年6月收治的76例慢性中耳炎患者,分析其临床资料及术后恢复情况。结果开放式乳突根治术加鼓室成形术治疗慢性中耳炎术后听力恢复良好(P<0.05);清除病灶彻底;除有3例患者因感染造成继发性鼓膜穿孔外(3.94%),无并发症。结论完善术前检查是手术成功的关键,开放式乳突根治术加鼓室成形术对治疗慢性中耳炎是一种最主要的方法,对患者听力的提高及防止复发有积极作用。[ Objective ] Analysis the open mastoidotympanectomy with tympanoplasty curative effect ior the treatment oI chronic otitis media. [ Methods ] To retrospectively analyze 76 cases of patients with chronic otitis media and postoperative recovery in Weifang People＇s hospital between June 2012 to June 2013. [ Results ] Open mastoidotympanectomy with tympanoplasty recovery hearing after surgery for the treatment of chronic otitis media good （P〈0.05）; Remove them completely; In addition to the three patients caused by infection with secondary outside tympanic membrane perforation （3.94%）, no complications. [ Conclusion ] Perfect preoperative examination is the key to the success of operation, open mastoidotympanectomy with tympanoplasty for the treatment of chronic otitis media is one of the most main method, for the patient has a positive role in the improvement of listening comprehension and prevent recurrence
