膝交叉韧带囊肿的诊断及关节镜手术治疗探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨膝交叉韧带囊肿的临床诊断及关节镜下手术治疗效果。方法我院从2008-2013年共诊治7例膝关节交叉韧带囊肿患者,分析其临床症状、体征及MRI表现。所有患者均行关节镜下囊肿切除,随访6-12个月,平均（8±3.2）个月。手术前、后采用Lysholm评分和手术后疗效评定的Glasgow评定法对膝关节功能及疗效进行评价。结果 7例患者均无复发,手术前、后的1周、1个月、3个月采用Lysholm评分,手术前Lysholm评分为（71.8±4.8）分,手术后提高至（92±2.1）、（94±1.8）、（95±2.6）分,术后较术前差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。7例患者Glasgow疗效评定全部为优。结论交叉韧带囊肿无特征性症状及体征,MRI可提高诊断率,关节镜下可明确诊断且在治疗交叉韧带囊肿上具有创伤小、疗效佳的优点,是治疗交叉韧带囊肿的首选方法。【Objective】Discusses the overlapping ligament cyst under the clinical diagnosis and the arthroscope the surgery treatment result.【Methods】In our hospital from 2008 to 2013 were in diagnosis and treatment of 7 cases of knee joint cruciate ligament cyst cases, analysis of clinical symptoms, signs and MRI findings, underwent arthroscopic cyst excision. The follow-up time ranged from 6 to 12 months, averaged（8±3.2） months. Before the operation, using Lysholm scores of [1] and Glasgow after operation, evaluation of efficacy evaluation of knee joint function and evaluate the therapeutic effect.【Results】7 patients had no recurrence. Before operation, 1 week after March, January, by Lysholm score, Lysholm score before operation was（71.8±4.8）%, after operation increased to（92±2.1）,（94±1.8）,（95±2.6） after operation, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Glasgow efficacy evaluation was excellent all 7 patients.【Conclusion】Cruciate ligament cyst no characteristic symptoms and signs, MRI can improve the diagnosis rate, can confirm the diagnosis and the treatment of arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament cyst has the advantages of little trauma, good curative effect..Is the preferred method of treatment of anterior cruciate ligament cyst.
