摘　　要：物业管理是房地产市场发展到一定程度的必然产物。中国大中城市的物业管理远跟不上住宅建设的发展，结合城镇住宅建设实践，必须强化物业管理，尽快与住宅建设配套。Real property management is the necessary offspring in development of real property market in definite level. But presently, its developing speed in our big and middling cities can't keep up with that of the housing construction. Connection with the practice in housing construction in our towns, we must aggrandize the real preperty management and make the housing construction coordinate as soon as possible.
