摘　　要：运用现代高新技术手段,推动文化内容形式、体制机制、传播手段创新,是繁荣文化的必由之路。科技创新是文化发展的重要引擎。这种科技创新将渗透文化内容形式、体制机制、传播手段方方面面。科技创新与文化发展融合有其哲学基础、历史基础、现实基础。探析科技创新与文化发展融合的源流路径,对于深入实施文化和科技相互促进战略有深刻意义。Scientific ＆ technological innovation is the important engine of cultural development. It will penetrate into culture in all aspects from content and form, system and mechanism, to communication methods. The integration of scientific ＆ technological innovation into cultural development has its philosophical, historical and realistic basis. Exploration into and analysis of the origin and path of the integration are profoundly significant for culture and science ＆ technology to promote each other.
