摘　　要：重大感染性疾病严重影响人类健康，有效预防、控制和治疗的关键在于病原的快速发现和确认。PCR技术、基因测序和生物芯片等分子生物技术的迅速发展和广泛应用，湿著提高了对重大感染性疾病的防控能力和诊治水平。准确、快速、高通量、便携且智能化的分子生物学诊断技术是今后的发展方向。r中华检验医学杂志，2014，37：334．336）Major infectious diseases affect human health seriously. In order to prevent, control and treat diseases effectively, the key lies in rapid detection and identification of pathogens. Rapid development and wide application of molecular biological techniques, such as PCR, gene sequencing and hio-chip technology, have greatly improved the prevention, control and treatment of major infectious diseases.
