摘　　要：本文基于法国QUESTEL(科思特尔)公司的Orbit专利系统,采用一个实例对某机构的专利数据进行分析,包括机构专利创新能力趋势分析、重要专利发明人情况分析、专利公开地域分析、专利覆盖技术领域分析、专利法律状态分析等;根据分析结果,对该机构的专利创新情况进行揭示,以探讨Orbit专利分析系统在机构专利创新能力分析中的作用和效果。This paper based on the Orbit of Questel, adapted an example to analyse the pattern data of an institution, in- cluding the analysis of the trend of pattern innovation ability, the important inventers, the publication country or region, the tech- nical field covered by pattern, the legal status etc. according the analysis result, this paper revealed the pattern innovation of the intuition, discussed the effect of Orbit system in the analysis of institution pattern innovation.
