摘　　要：概述读者决策采购(PDA)的概念与工作流程,探讨图书馆联盟采用PDA模式采购电子书应该注意的问题,包括采购政策的制定、电子书提供商以及具体PDA模式的选择,最后以台湾学术电子书暨资料库联盟的西文电子书PDA采购项目为例,介绍其选书政策、PDA项目的实施,以期为基于PDA的电子书联盟采购提供一些有益的参考。At the beginning, this paper introduced the concept and worldlow of patron - driven acquisitions （PDA） ; and then, discussed the issues which should be paid attentions to in the library consortium purchases e- books with PDA model, in- cluding the formulating of acquisition policy, choosing of e- book providers and PDA pattern; finally, in order to provide some beneficial suggestions for the consortium purchases e- books using PDA method, this article took the English e- books PDA pro- ject of Taiwan Academic E- Book and Database Consortium as an example.
