海外本土汉语教师有效语音培训的基本策略和主要方法

摘　　要：汉语语音的"有效培训",是指培训师在有限的培训时间内,能够充分地满足培训学员语音培训需要,迅速提高培训学员汉语语音和汉语语音教学水平,并使培训学员能够在接受培训的过程中获得良好体验,对培训课程和培训师给予好评的短期语音培训课程。加强语音培训的动态针对性,提高语音培训的交叉科学性,突出语音培训的全面活动性以及重视语音培训的广泛趣味性是实现有效培训的基本策略和主要方法。“Effective Chinese phonetic training”refers to the short-term training within the limited time,in which trainers can fully meet the requirements of the trainees,rapidly improve their Chinese pronunciation and skills,and enable them to obtain good experience in the process of training with fa-vorable results from the training courses and trainers.Strengthening the dynamic coordination of pro-nunciation teaching,improving its interdisciplinary and comprehensive training as well as arousing the trainees＆#39;interest are the basic strategies and the main methods of this approach.
