摘  要:目的评价颅脑超声检查在高危新生儿颅脑疾病诊断中的应用价值,提高其诊断准确率。方法对我院收治的527例高危新生儿行颅脑超声检查,对临床高度怀疑有颅脑疾病者同时行头颅MRI检查,分析总结其声像图特点。结果超声检查发现缺氧缺血性脑病95例(18.0%),颅内出血173例(32.85%),脑周围白质软化23例(4.4%),脑积水52例(9.9%),颅内感染7例(1.3%),均经MRI或临床随访证实。结论超声检查能够协助临床对高危新生儿颅脑疾病做出早期诊断,操作便捷,可作为新生儿颅脑疾病筛查的首选影像学检查方法。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of cerebral uhrasound in cranial diseases in high-risk premature infants for the improvement of the diagnostic accuracy.Methods A total of 527 high-risk premature infants were examined by cere- bral ultrasound.Those who were clinically suspicious of cranial diseases without positive ultrasonography findings were examined by cranial magnetic resonance imaging. Results Ninty-five cases (18.0%) of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, 173 cases (32.85%) of intracranial hemorrhage, 23 cases (4.4%) of periventricular leukomalacia, 52 (9.9%) cases of hydrocephalus and 7 cases (1.4%) of intracranial infection were found by cerebral ultrasound.All of them were confirmed by follow-up or magnetic resonance imaging. Conclusion Cerebral ultrasound can provide a definite diagnosis of cerebral diseases at early stage for high-risk premature infants, and may be the preferred imaging examination due to its noninvasiveness, painlessness and convenience.
