摘 要:为了明确不同施氮水平下杂交水稻保持系的源库特性差异,以2个杂交水稻保持系中9B和优1B为试验材料,研究了不同施氮水平对保持系的源(叶片)、库(籽粒)及其相互关系(粒叶比)的影响。结果表明:增施氮肥可增源,但施氮过多不利于灌浆期间保持较高的光合绿叶面积。高氮条件下中9B的籽粒潜在库容(总颖花数)和现实库容(实粒数)均增加,而优1B籽粒库容量却有降低趋势。不同杂交水稻保持系在不同施氮水平下的源库关系随籽粒灌浆进程而变化,粒叶比大小取决于各时期单位绿叶面积所承担的总颖花量和结实粒数。To confirm the diversity in source-sink characteristics of hybrid rice maintain lines under different nitrogen applied levels, with two hybrid parent rice varieties, Zhong9B and You1B as experiment materials, the effect of different nitrogen applied levels on source-sink characteristics of hybrid rice maintain lines was researched. The results showed that, leaves source increased with nitrogen applied levels increasing. However, applying nitrogen too much wasn't benefit for maintaining more photosynthetic green leaf areas during grains filling. The resistance to nitrogen of Zhong9B was better than that of You1B, the total and filled grains of Zhong9B under high nitrogen levels increased, but those of You1B under the condition of high nitrogen levels showed a decreasing trend. Under different nitrogen levels, the relationship source- sink of different rice varieties changed with the grains filling process, the ratio of grain numbers to leaf areas depended on total and filled amounts of grain to unit leaf areas during different grain filling stage.
