摘 要:为有效控制硬岩综掘面产生的高浓度粉尘向有人作业区域扩散,应用Fluent软件,基于欧拉-拉格朗日(Eulerian-Lagrangian)气-尘颗粒两相流动数学模型,通过数值模拟研究旋流风幕扰动硬岩综掘面风-尘流场的变化。结果表明:旋流风幕的扰动使距硬岩综掘面0~15 m区域内的风流场,由紊乱转变为在掘进机司机前方形成均匀压向掘进工作面的风幕,将掘进工作面产尘有效控制在司机前方区域。根据模拟结果,研制新型硬岩综掘面旋流风幕控尘系统。现场试验结果表明:粉尘浓度实测值和模拟值的相对误差小于8.72%,验证了模拟结果的准确性。旋流风幕扰动后,现场有人作业区域的最高粉尘质量浓度降至23.5 mg/m3,平均降尘率高达95.18%。In order to control the spread of high concentration dust produced by tunneling place of hard rock fully mechanized workface to some operational areas,based on Eulerian-Lagrangian gas-particle two phase flow model,changes of swirl air curtain disturbed air and dust-flowing field at hard rock fully mechanized workface were studied by numerical simulation with Fluent software. The results show that swirl air curtain disturbance transforms discover state of air-flow field within in range of 0 ~ 15 m from tunneling place into a dust control air curtain blowing tunneling place down evenly in front of driver. According to the results,a new type of dust control system with swirl air curtain for hard rock fully mechanized workface was developed. The tests show that relative difference between of measured dust concentration values and simulated values was less than 8. 72%,and accuracy of simulation result was verified. Dust concentration in air of operational areas of high dust concentration was reduced to 23. 5 mg / m3,and dust removal rate as high as 95. 18%.
