摘　　要：新世纪十三年内,中国土司研究成果总量超过以前任何同一时段,来势迅猛。一些新视野、新概念的频频出现,反映了中国土司学界正在酝酿着一场前所未有的学术转型。尽管"土官"、"土官衙门"和"土司"等词出现的语境尚未完全澄清,但十三年的研究已初步展示了有关土职和土官衙门的历史图景。土职、土司政府、土司区、土司关系和土司制度等五大研究主题的精细化,为最终介入土司区域社会总体史研究打下了基础。中国土司学研究经过长达九十年的前期积淀,在十三年内业已形成有政治学、历史学、社会学等18个学科门类介入的格局,它们略呈五个梯次聚焦于土司。学科聚焦后的针对土司的历史与现实影响力、土司文化的再利用和土司制度文化的现当代启示的研究,将为中国国家与社会的稳定与发展提供更多的借鉴。In these thirteen years of the new century, the total achievements of Chinese chieftain research has surpassed every previous period. Constant appearance of new ideas and new concepts show that a profound academic transform in the field is in fermenting. Although some concepts, such as ＂Tuguan＂, ＂Tuguan Yamen＂, ＂Tusi＂are not clearly defined, related research has displayed a historical prospect about it. Refining of five main research topic of Chieftain official , chieftain government, chieftain district, chieftain relationship and chieftain system set up a foundation for the study of history of chieftain district society. The research of Chinese chieftain science has a long history about ninety years , and during these thirteen years,a pattern of almost eighteen subjects has come into being , they are political science, history , sociology , etc, which focus on chieftain science in rank. The research about the impacts of history and reality of chieftain science, reuse of chieftain culture, enlightenments of chieftain system culture for the modern time will offer more reference for social stability and development of China.
