摘　　要：阐述了智慧城市的概念和内涵,论述了智慧城市建设的层次架构图,特别提出了数据融合共享层和应用层的重要性,指出智慧城市建设中需注意的关键问题,重点分析了电子商务与智慧城市建设的关系及融合发展之路,提出需加强高级别的顶层设计、安全与隐私保护、发挥电子商务核心作用等观点,并对智慧泉州的建设提出相应的建议.This paper introduces the concept and connotation of ＂ Intelligent City＂, discusses the hierarchical architecture of ＂Intelligent City＂ construction, especially the importance o{fdata fusion and sharing of the application layer,and points out the key problems in ＂Intelligent City Construction＂, and analyzes the relationship and fusion and developing approach between e-commerce and ＂Intelligent City＂,puts forward some suggestion to strengthen top-level design, high level security and privacy protection and the core function of E-commerce.In the end,several suggestions on the construction of ＂Intelligent Quanzhou＂ are proposed.
