论高等院校亚文化之培育路径

摘　　要：在院校文化的培育过程中,高等院校亚文化占据极为的重要地位。现代高等院校文化建设应坚持"人本"、"包容"、"自由"等理念,积极传承中国传统儒家管理文化中的积极因子,大力推进领导层文化、教师文化、学生文化、管理层文化等院校亚文化之培育,以推崇教师文化和营造学生文化为依托涵养院校主体文化,以"人本"、"包容"为理念和以"儒"、"道"为内核,革新院校领导层文化与管理层文化。In the cultivating process of the campus culture, the subculture occupies a very important position. Modern culture construc- tion in colleges and universities should adhere to the concept of ＂human-oriented＂, ＂tolerance＂, ＂freedom＂ and so on, and positively in- herit the positive factors of traditional Chinese Confucian management culture, vigorously promote the leadership culture, teacher cul- ture, student culture and management culture and other institutional subcultures. Colleges and universities should build subject culture relaying on cultures of teachers and students. And we should take the ＂human-oriented＂ and ＂tolerance＂ as the concept and the ＂Confu- cianism＂ and ＂Taoism＂ as the inner core to innovate college leadership culture and management culture.
