摘　　要：体育休闲作为休闲实践的重要分支,伴随西方休闲研究的演进与分化,成为一个相对独立和系统的研究领域。在梳理和提炼体育休闲研究文献的基础上,将二战后西方体育休闲演变进程归纳为初步发展、逐步深入和深化转型3个阶段,并从体育休闲价值、体育休闲限制、体育休闲行为和体育休闲服务4个维度进行概括与探讨。最后,结合西方体育休闲理论研究脉络及我国体育休闲发展现状提出相关启示。Sport leisure, as an important branch of leisure practice, has been a relatively independent and systematic research area along with the evolution and differentiation of leisure studies in the West. This paper, based on the literature review of sport leisure, divides the evolution of sport leisure in western countries after the Second World War into 3 stages, that is, the initial stage, the developing stage and transformation stage. Also, the paper elaborates the sport leisure theory from the perspectives of the value, limit, behavior as well as the service of sport leisure. Finally, some research enlightenments have been summarized to China, combining the western sport leisure theory with Chinese present condition of sport leisure development.
