摘　　要：竞争条件下技术创新企业的利润率水平、投资强度是正面评价技术创新状况的指标。技术创新市场竞争中形成的能充分补偿创新成本且有足够利润回报的最低市场价格,则是技术创新的社会福利达到最大时的经济评价指标。商品性价比的改进速度反映了市场中技术创新的速度,商品相对价格水平与绝对价格水平则反映了其技术创新的潜力状况。Level of profitability and investment intensity of enterprise in technological innova tion are positive indicators for evaluation of technological innovation under competitive conditions. The lowest market price formed in market competition, which can fully compensate for the cost of technological innovation and get an adequate rate of return, can be used as an economic evaluation index when the social welfare brought about by technological innovation achieves its maximum. The improvement rate of performance-price ratio of the commodities reflects the speed of technological innovation. The relative price level of goods and the absolute price level reflect the status of its potential for technological innovation.
