白芍总苷对寻常型银屑病皮损面积及严重程度评分和动脉硬化指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨白芍总苷对寻常型银屑病皮损面积及严重程度(PASI)和动脉硬化生化指标的影响。方法:将73例寻常型银屑病患者随机分成2组,试验组38例给予口服白芍总苷和外用卡泊三醇治疗,对照组35例仅外用卡泊三醇。治疗前和治疗后第4、8、12周记录患者PASI评分,测定血清hsCRP、LDL-C、Hcy的含量。结果:两组的PASI评分在治疗前8周均呈下降趋势且试验组降低较明显,8周后只有试验组的PASI评分保持下降趋势,两组在治疗12周后的PASI评分下降幅度差异有统计学意义(2=4.98,P<0.05);在12周后试验组hsCRP、LDL-C和HCY血清下降幅度均明显大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论:白芍总苷能缓解寻常型银屑病严重程度,并能下调动脉硬化指标,有助于降低血管事件的风险,在长期维持治疗中可能具有一定临床价值。Objective：To explore the response of total glucosides of paeonia on treatment of se-vere psoriasis vulgaris and effect on biochemical indicators of atherosclerosis .Methods：73 pait-ients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly classified into two groups ,experimental group was com-posed of 38 cases being treated with oral total glucosides of paeonia combined with external calci -potriene, control group was composed of 35 cases whom only being treated with external alcipot-riene.The PASI score, hsCRP,LDL-C and HCY were evaluated at baseline and 4,8,12 weeks af-ter treatment .Results：The PASI score of two groups all presented downtrend within the first eight weeks , while only experimental group showed the trend of keep going down from 8 weeks on .After 12 weeks, the decline of the PASI score in experimental group was higher than that in the control group（x2 =4.98,P〈0.05）.Compared with the control group, the serum level of hsCRP, LDL-C and Hcy in experimental group were statistical significantly decreased （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion：Total glucosides of paeonia can alleviate the severity of skin lesions of patients with posoriasis vul -garis and can also decrease the risk of atherosclerosis , which can induce the cardiovascular event .
