摘　　要：血管黏附蛋白1(VAP-1)是一种在哺乳动物体内广泛存在的多功能蛋白。VAP-1既是一种黏附分子,又是一种胞外酶,其在白细胞渗出、黏附级联反应、糖代谢调节、血管损伤等方面都发挥了重要的作用。在炎症性疾病、糖代谢相关疾病、肿瘤、脑卒中等众多临床疾病中,VAP-1的表达及功能都有着重要的意义,而使用VAP-1抗体和抑制剂已经在许多临床疾病的动物模型上显示了显著的治疗作用。Vascular adhesion protein-1 （VAP-1）is a muhifunctional protein widely expressed in cells of mammals. VAP-1 is both an adhesion molecule and an extracellular enzyme. It has played important roles in infiltration, the adhesion cascade, glucoregnlation and vascular injury. The expression and function of VAP-1 are significant in inflammatory diseases, glucose metabolism-related diseases, cancer, stroke and many other elinical diseases. Using VAP-1 antibodies and inhibitors has shown significant therapeutic effects in many animal models of clinical diseases.
