高三酰甘油腰围表型与心血管疾病关系的研究进展

摘　　要：腹型肥胖和高三酰甘油组合称为高三酰甘油腰围表型(HTGW),其与心血管疾病密切相关。随着生活方式的改变,HTGW患者越来越多,对HTGW与心血管疾病的关系研究也逐渐深入。HTGW可作为对心脏疾患风险的预测指标,是血管损伤的重要预测因子,HTGW可以作为早期识别和筛查冠状动脉硬化性心脏病的最简单而有用工具。该文就近年来对HTGW与心血管疾病关系的研究进展予以综述。The combination of abdominal obesity and hypertriglyceridemia-Hypertriglyceridemic Waist（HTGW）-is closely related to cardiovascular diseases（CVD）. As individuals with HTGW are increasing,the researches of the relationship between CVD and obesity are constantly deepening. HTGW can be used asthe predictor of the cardiovascular diseases risk. Abdominal obesity and hypeariglyceridemia are also consid-ered as the predictor of vascular injuries, HTGW can be used as a simple and useful tool for early identifyingand screening of coronary artery diseases. Here is to make a review of the research progress of correlationbetween HTGW and cardiovascular diseases in recent years.
