摘　　要：干细胞种类繁多,其既能自我更新,又能被诱导分化。多种干细胞经不同方式及步骤的诱导刺激可向胆管细胞方向分化,而且在分化过程中表达一些特异标志物可用于胆管细胞的鉴定。尽管干细胞转化生成的胆管细胞可用于一些胆管疾病的治疗,但是关于干细胞向胆管上皮细胞方向分化的研究并不多,且大都停留在细胞转化层面。该文就此方面的研究进展予以综述。There are varieties of stem cells with trait of serf-renewal and being induced to ditterentiation. Through different methods and steps, stem cells might be induced to bile duet cells, and during differentiation many specific markers expressed could be used for identification. Although bile duet cells induced from stem ceils might be used for the treatment of some bile duet diseases,the research of the transformation into biliary epithelia cells is less seen, mostly staying on the cell transformation level. Here is to make a review of the research progress on this aspect.
