摘 要:口腔防龋疫苗经国内外学者的研究,发展迅速,大多数疫苗已被证实在动物身上具有防龋作用。但防龋疫苗具有效价低、不稳定、易降解等缺点,给其应用带来了困扰。水凝胶、壳聚糖、脂质体等缓释系统能够保护疫苗本身的特性不被破坏,且能够按照需要缓慢释放,并具有靶向性等特点,其兴起有望解决防龋疫苗的缺点。该文结合有关文献就防龋疫苗搭载递送系统的研究现状进行综述。Oral anti-caries vaccine has been under extensive research in domestic and foreign scholar field, it is developing rapidly, and the majority of the vaccine has been confirmed effective in animals. But the vaccine still has the disadvantages of low potency, instability and easy degradation,which limit the applica tion. The delivery system of hydrogel, chitosan, liposome could protect the vaccine from destruction, and real- ize slow-release according to the needs, with targeting feature as well, the rise of which is promising to solve the disadvantages of the vaccines. Here is to make a review of the status qno of the anti-caries vaccine equipped with the delivery system through the related literature.
