摘  要:以南瓜品种‘壮士'为砧木,嫁接‘85-1'和‘B717'2个甜瓜品种,在设施栽培条件下研究不同嫁接苗亲和性及保护酶活性变化。结果表明:南瓜砧木‘壮士'与‘85-1'的嫁接成活率高达96.7%,坐果率95.0%,生长势较强,亲和力较好;嫁接后各植株保护酶活性明显提高,嫁接15 d、30 d和45 d后,嫁接植株保护酶SOD活性呈现先降低后增高的趋势,POD则正好相反,且均与自根苗差异显著;CAT活性无明显变化。研究结果表明:利用‘壮士'南瓜作砧木,对‘85-1'嫁接效果较好。Both '85-1' and 'B717' muskmelon varieties' seedlings grafted on the pumpkin variety ' Zhuangshi' were investigated under a vinyl house in terms of grafting affinity and protective enzyme activity. The results showed that the muskmelon '85-1' grafted on the pumpkin 'Zhuangshi' had better grafting affinity and higher growth vigor, and its survival rate and fruit set rate were up to 96.7% and 95% respectively; The grafted plants' protective enzyme activity significantly increased, and their SOD activity presented a trend of first decreasing and then increasing at 15,30 and 45 days after grafting while their POD activity was just on the contrary, which were both significantly different from those of the self-root seedlings; The CAT activity had not an obvious variation. From the above results it was concluded that grafting '85-1' on 'Zhuangshi' was better.
