摘  要:微小RNA(miRNA)的发现是近几年的重大科学突破之一,可在转录水平调节mRNA的表达。目前研究发现,miRNA在复杂的免疫系统中发挥着重要的调节作用,主要表现在数量和程度上影响靶基因的表达,在免疫应答中发挥精细的微调功能。调节性T细胞(regulatory T cells,Tregs)是一类重要的具有免疫调节作用的CD4+T淋巴细胞亚群,它的发现打破了以往对免疫耐受机制的认识。许多miRNA已被证实在Tregs中存在差异性表达,并且通过调控Tregs参与免疫平衡的调节。随着对于这种调控机制的深入研究,必将为众多自身免疫相关疾病的防治提供重要的理论依据。文章就miRNA与Tregs关系作一综述。The discovery of microRNA ( miRNA) is one of the major scientific breakthroughs in recent years , and they can regulate the expressions of mRNA at the transcription level .The current studies found that miRNA plays important roles on the regula-tion in the complex immune system , mainly affecting the expression of target gene on the number and extent , and play precise regula-tions on the immune response .Regulatory T cells ( Tregs) is a subset of CD4 +T lymphocyte and plays an important regulatory role in the immune system, and it has broken the previous understanding of the mechanisms of immune tolerance .It has confirmed that there are different expressions of many miRNAs in Tregs , and involve in the maintenance of immune balance by regulating Tregs .Although the mechanisms of miRNA regulating the differentiation and function of Tregs is not yet clear , it will provide important theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of many autoimmune diseases with further study in this field . This paper reviews the correlation between iRNA and Tregs .
