摘  要:采用盐酸分解样品,选择光谱干扰少的分析波长,离峰扣背景、标准曲线法测定各稀土元素,建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定钕铁硼废料中稀土总量的方法,测定范围:5%-50%。精密度RSD为0.49%-0.81%。回收率为94%-110%。建立的方法经与化学重量法对照,测定结果与对照结果吻合,具有测定含量范围宽、分析简便快速、结果准确等优点。A new analytical method used to determine total rare earths in NdFeB waste by ICP- AES is reported in this paper. The samples were digested with hydrochloric acid. The background interference was eliminated by off- peak background correction method. The total rare earths was determined by standard curve method. The measurement range is 5% to 50%. The RSD is less than 1%. The recovery is 94% to 110%. The results were in agreement with control values. The method is simple,rapid and accurate to meet the analytical requirement for determination of total rare earths in NdFeB waste.
