城乡产业协调发展的作用机制与调控路径研究——以哈尔滨市为例

摘　　要：据调查统计,哈尔滨市的土地面积中超过4/5在城乡内,并且占据1/2的人口数目,城乡产业协调发展是哈尔滨市稳定的社会关系和经济向前发展的首要条件,城乡产业协调发展能够显著地促进整个哈尔滨市的经济发展水平,是必不可缺少的重要组成部分.目前,哈尔滨城乡产业发展还存在一些问题,制约着城乡产业协调发展的主要问题是没有很好的统筹协调发展城乡经济.因此,必须制定规范完整的措施,加强对城乡产业协调发展的监督,统筹规划,促进城乡产业又好又快的协调发展.According to the investigation statistics, more than 4/5 of the total area of the land in Harbin is in the urban - rural area, which accounting for 1/2 of the whole population. The industrial coordinated development between urban and rural areas is the first and foremost base that maintains the stable social relations and keeps the economy forward in Harbin. Furthermore, it is also an indispensably important component that dramatically promotes the economic development level of Harbin. However, there are still some problems in the industrial development between urban and rural areas, and the main problem is that the economic development between urban and rural areas is not planned coordinately. Therefore, it is urgent to set out complete measures to enhance the supervision of the industrial coordinated development between urban and rural areas, to make overall plans, and to promote sound and fast development.
