摘 要:文章考察了SiO2/PTFE复合材料与45钢组成摩擦副的摩擦磨损性能,研究了对偶件45钢表面3种不同纹理方向对SiO2/PTFE复合材料的摩擦学性能以及转移膜的影响。结果表明:对偶件表面的纹理方向对SiO2/PTFE复合材料摩擦转移膜有明显影响,45°纹理方向更有利于转移膜的形成,且形成的转移膜最好;摩擦副在具有较好转移膜的情况下表现出较好的减摩和耐磨性能。The friction and wear properties of SiO2 /PTFE composite sliding against steel no.45were experimentally investigated.The effects of three different texture directions on steel surface on the tribological properties of SiO2 /PTFE composite and the transfer film were studied.The results showed that different texture directions on steel surface had significant effect on the friction transfer film of SiO2 /PTFE composite.It was found that the 45°texture direction on steel surface was more favorable to the formation of transfer film and the formed transfer film was the best.The friction pair with the best transfer film exhibited the best anti-friction and wear resistance.
