摘  要:采用碳酸钠溶液和固硫灰粉末在水浴加热条件下制备改性固硫灰.通过测试对重金属离子PC2+、Cu2+的去除率,确定最佳的制备条件.采用FTIR、XRD、XRF和Zeta电位测试等手段对改性灰进行表征,为固硫灰的改性及吸附重金属废水应用提供理论指导和实验基础.结果表明,固硫灰投加量为1g时,固液比为1∶8;改性剂碳酸钠质量分数为10%,改性反应时间为2h,改性温度为80℃时,重金属离子pb2+、Cu2+的去除率达到最大,分别为95.94%、91.35%,比原固硫灰的去除率提高了20%~30%.对改性固硫灰和原固硫灰的微观结构进行比较,发现碳酸钠促使固硫灰中A1-O/Si-O发生重排,形成了一些凝胶物质和石灰石.同时,改性固硫灰表面电位较原灰更负,使其通过静电引力吸附重金属离子的能力增强.The modified CFBC fly ash was prepared by water bath heating method. The removal rate of heavy metal ions Pb2+ and Cu2+ by modified CFBC fly ash were analyzed to determine the optimum preparation conditions. FTIR, XRD, XRF and Zeta potential test were employed to characterize the modified CFBC fly ash, which provides theoretical guidance and experimental basis for the modification of CFBC fly ash and the application in adsorption of heavy metal wastewater. When the dosage of CFBC fly ash is 1 g, the results show that the optimum conditions are: solid-liquid ratio is 1 : 8, mass concentration of sodium carbonate is 10%, the modification reaction time is 2 h, modification temperature is 80 ~C. At this time, the removal rate of heavy metal ions Pb2+, Cu2+ is maximum and is 95.94% and 91.35%, respectively. Compared to the original CFBC fly ash, the removal rate was increased by 20%-30%. It is found that the sodium carbonate make Al-O/Si-O rearrangement and some gel and limestone are formed by comparing microstructure of the modified CFBC fly ash with the original. At the same time, the surface potentials of modified CFBC fly ash are more negative than the original ash, which the adsorption of heavy metal ions by electrostatic attraction ability is enhanced.
